| Noel
N. Williams is Director of the UPHS
Bariatric Surgery Program. He was appointed to the Penn Faculty
in 1997 and is a Board Certified Surgeon in the United Kingdom and
Ireland having completed his training in Ireland in 1994. Dr. Williams
completed in Surgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania in
1996 which included a research fellowship in Surgical Oncology at
the University of Pennsylvania & the Wistar Institute, Philadelphia
in 1989.
As Director of the the Bariatric Surgery Program, Dr. Williams
and the Bariatric Surgery Team at Penn offer comprehensive medical
care for morbidly obese patients before and after surgery. The expertise
of professionals in psychology, nutrition, medicine, nursing and
surgery are the core components of the program. The PENN Bariatric
Surgery team works together to provide the patient with the best
medical care, while achieving lifestyle and weight loss goals. |
