After a long sand successful career in academic medicine, my daughter, a recent Penn Medical School graduate, said, "but dad, you've always liked people more than mice." I took her thought to heart and realized that my first love is clinical medicine. According, I have recently transferred to a career of full-time clinical care. My specific interests lie in the evaluation and treatment of allergy diseases, autoimmune problems, and immuno-deficiency syndromes. My goal is to be the best possible physician for my patients and to combine my academic knowledge and clinical skills to provide my patients with "cutting-edge" diagnoses and treatment.
